Segment I Enrollment Requirements

Notice: All required documents, and payments must be completed before the student can be enrolled

Be at least 14 years and 8 months of age by the first day of class
Submit a fully completed enrollment contract

Provide a COPY of the student’s birth certificate
Provide full tuition for the course, either by:

Check mailed with enrollment materials

or

Credit card payment completed online
