Segment I Enrollment

Notice: All required documents, and payments must be completed 1 week prior to the 1st day of class

To meet the enrollment requirements for C&C Driving School & the State of Michigan, you must be at least 14 years and 8 months of age by the first day of class.

To be FULLY Enrolled in Seg I all three of the following must be turned in:
1) Fully completed Seg I contract
2) Fully paid tuition- Check, Cash or Credit Card
3) COPY of the students birth certificate

Mail all required materials to the C&C Driving School office to meet the enrollment requirements for Michigan driving classes at: C&C Driving School, LLC, 12320 Oakland Hills Dr, DeWitt, MI 48820.
